What We’re Looking For
- At least 4 years of industry experience in building robust, scalable software
- Strong TypeScript skills with experience in modern frameworks and backend systems
- System design mindset – ability to break down complex requirements into simple, maintainable architectures
- Collaboration – thrive in remote, fast-paced, high-ownership environments
- A builder mentality – curiosity for creating abstractions, libraries, and infrastructure that make the team more effective

Your Day-to-Day
- Architect and implement core components of our AI automation platform
- Build and optimize services, APIs, and integrations that power customer workflows
- Contribute to internal developer tooling that boosts engineering velocity
- Ensure reliability, performance, and security across the stack
- Partner with product and engineering teams to refine roadmap and user experience
