What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience across product management and related roles
- Strong technical fluency — comfortable with APIs, distributed systems, cloud platforms, and concepts like performance, reliability, and security
- Ability to read code and evaluate technical trade-offs
- High-quality product specs — clear scope, non-functional requirements, success metrics, acceptance criteria, and rollout plans
- Strong delivery mindset — prioritize effectively, manage risks, and drive timely execution
- Ownership mentality — end-to-end accountability from problem definition to measurable business impact

Your Day-to-Day
- Own the full product lifecycle — from vision and roadmap to execution and iteration
- Conduct customer discovery and translate insights into prioritized problems and measurable outcomes
- Write clear product specs with acceptance criteria and service-level objectives
- Partner with engineering on architecture and technical trade-offs
- Define and track metrics — instrument analytics, review logs, run experiments, and iterate quickly
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives (enterprise features, governance, observability, deployments)
- Support go-to-market — collaborate on documentation, demos, and enablement for Sales and Customer Success
- Ensure quality — plan QA, pilot programs, and safe rollouts using feature flags and kill switches
